Sanjaya Kumar Swain, Executive – Back Office, Sales and Marketing at Bhubaneswar has been with the Group since 2010 as part of the team dedicated to Mani Tribhuvan. This project is Mani Group’s maiden effort in Odisha and holds a lot of prestige. Sanjaya Kumar Swain says with a smile, “My team and I handle anything from sorting out customer complaints to ensuring that each and every member buying into Mani Tribhuvan feels relaxed and special. We also look into making cash flow smooth by helping with customer collections. Quite simply, we ensure that the project will be one-of-its-kind when it is completed. Asked about his personal reaction to the project, he declares softly, almost misty-eyed, “How do I describe to you in words what I feel seeing Mani Tribhuvan come up before my eyes? It is the most thrilling experience I have ever had and I feel great being involved with such a first-class project. The feedback that I get from our customers is also excellent as they feel that the project is being developed professionally in the minimum amount of time. I am certain that once people move into Mani Tribhuvan and start living within the premises, it will be one of the most admired and impressive housing complexes in Bhubaneswar.
