Parvinder Chadha finds her job ‘absolutely fantastic.’ Her innate enthusiasm and her bright and sunny disposition is her asset as she is never put down by any task, however mundane, assigned to her. There lies in her nature a keen ability to serve and give her best to her job. As she says, “My assignment at Mani Group is a great learning experience and it will be a wonderful achievement if I can tap all my energy and direct it in a positive manner. The best of people in any assignment always want to achieve. And I have been given independent charge that makes me doubly responsible for what I bring to the table. In this organisation, if you can prove yourself, you are allowed to grow. I believe in delivering result and love challenges!”

Day to day administration is part of Parvinder Chadha’s beat but she finds what is really important is learning to manage time and be accountable. “When I came for my job interview,” she remembers, “Sanjay-ji had given me ten minutes but I kept speaking, unaware of the time limit! He listened to me without any impatience. The man is like a religion – everyone who works for him, worships him! Even if there is a huge crisis, everybody knows that once Sanjay-ji arrives at office, the problem will be sorted out. He is a unique role model as he is constantly open to learning.”

About her task, Parvinder Chadha confides, “For me, no job is too small. I am happy at the end of the day when I have achieved what I was assigned to do by my seniors. The great thing about Mani Group is that we all love coming to work. There is a great sense of bonding in the workspace. We are like a family. And my desk is next to the office Mandir! So I get inspired every moment. I was never able to evaluate my potential but the trust reposed on me now motivates me. My colleagues are absolutely wonderful!”
