Prachi Poddar has an infectious smile and her enthusiasm shows when she says that she loves to work as one of the Company Secretaries in the Group. As part of her job, she explains, “We have to follow the RBI and Listings norms applicable to the Company and ensure that all papers are kept up-to-date. I have been with Mani Group for more than a year and I find my work really challenging.”

According to Prachi Poddar, “I am glad to share that working in Mani Group has given me immense opportunity and new areas to explore on the work front. Every day puts before me fresh prospects. I see every problem as a challenge that has a solution. It depends on how sharp and quick you are to find that solution and resolve the issue! I have really learnt a lot working in this organisation and see a positive career growth in the future days. My seniors are always approachable. They are helpful and give me proper guidance. As far as her colleagues are concerned, Prachi Poddar is quick to point out, “We are very friendly with each other and share a lot of our work in a happy atmosphere.
