Having been with Mani Group for fourteen years, P V Paulose, Manager, Legal Support, is well-versed with the multifarious activities of the Company. He finds his assignments challenging and extremely fulfilling, especially when he comes to know that his work is appreciated. As he points out, “Our real estate division was initially restricted only to the residential sector but from 2005 it took a huge leap once construction began for Mani Karn on the E M Bypass. Now our work has expanded beyond Kolkata and we are currently into hospitality, retail, healthcare and education, besides real estate. The name of Mani Group is now highly respected not only in West Bengal but also across Rajasthan, Sikkim and Karnataka. My initial appointment was to assist Mr Sanjay Jhunjhunwala as his secretary but as I started to learn on the job, he very kindly increased my responsibilities.”
Today, P V Paulose is a sharp legal eagle! He helps in ensuring that all legal contracts are properly drawn and registered with the right authorities. Legalese is, indeed, a tricky job but it has its own challenges and Mr Paulose works hard to keep himself updated on all legal fronts and various laws that govern the Mani Group verticles.
