IQ City Nursing College, Durgapur, has been recognised by The Indian Nursing Council and is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Health Sciences. The college began its journey in 2015, with 60 annual admissions for the B.Sc. Nursing course. In 2017, the college started the General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) course with 20 annual admissions.

Located within the IQ City Knowledge campus, it is a four-storeyed building with space for extension. Along with a beautiful garden, the campus also has a library with a great collection of books and journals. The college has state-of-art classrooms that are spacious, well-lit and ventilated, well-equipped laboratories, and modern hostel facilities.

The IQ City Nursing College and the IQ City Medical College Hospital are already operational. The existing 200-strong faculty team of the two colleges (nursing and medical) comprises carefully chosen and highly qualified professionals with the experience of imparting the best of knowledge, skills, and ethical values.

It is a matter of quiet pride for us that within a few years of its inception, IQ City has firmly established itself in the Asansol-Durgapur region as an enviable destination for patients in need of 21st Century healthcare, and amongst MBBS, MD and MS aspirants across the country as a preferred choice for these courses (permitted by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India).
